days to cover question

Recently I am in a sotck called CING . It has 2.01 days to cover for shorts. Does that mean in 2.01 days the shorts will buy out of their positions? Sorry for the newb question. Im just confused after reading on google.

 

Also what is considered to be a high days of cover number ?

Sounds a bit low\ looks like its going lower
may hit $00.666 or lower but that's about right for penny bio\tech.
its really even worse because SPY benchmark is making money.
NOT all cheaper stuff is bad/SSO is doing real well also.
But like SCHW warns on leveraged stuff ''not suitable for all investors''
