I grew up in the South and I use faith in a lot of day to day activities and I came up with the idea starting a daily devotion that is financially based. If anyone does the same, please share on this thread.
Yeah, God will favor you over the thousands of kids that will die today in third world countries. Keep praying for yourself...
Thank you, God, for this precious seed capital. I shall protect it carefully, planting it only when conditions are just right to support growth. Thank you, God, for teaching me to recognize the fertile conditions in which to plant my seed capital. I will nurture the seeds that sprout strong and reap the bountiful harvest you desire for me.
I sacrifice a goat every morning. Only way to keep dem trading gods happy (and trust me, they can get very angry).
RN - Don't fuck up - please I keep God out of my trading..., that way I don't mistakenly blame him when I do fuck up RN
I grew up in the Cathoilc religion which means I have no faith in religion and have little faith in mankind, people been killing man since beginning of time and only getting worse. BUT GOD is everything to me and I pray several times a day to allow me to try collect every nickel from the masses as I can so His children will end up getting most of it in the end.
Greetings T, this is the prayer I say every morning before the open. I copied it for you right out of the first page of my Trading Plan. âMy PRAYERâ Lord, I ask for strength, courage, and guidance to again engage the risks and obstacles ahead of me this day. I ask that you guide my hands as I ply my chosen craft towards mastery of my trading skill. I ask for patience, persistence, and vision to execute with confidence, discipline, and professionalism. I ask to only be guided by my own internal signals, based on my own game, knowledge, wisdom, and experience. And when this day is done, I bid that you grant me the stillness of mind and spirit that comes with the knowing, that the effort I put forth, was the best of which I am capable. Lord, it is not my will, but thy will be done. Amen. Its been a part of my Morning Routine from the start. It always creates a calm "Center of Focus" for me, which I then take directly to the screen. I had a similar "routine" I kept to while serving in the military, and it too engendered discipline. And like Handle, I have a deep seated belief in a God. But I too don't give a tinker's damn about what man has done with religion. KDASFTG
