It’s over 50% for ages 46-69. Pfizer consistently kills more people than Novavax. The data is too sparse to make a definitive assessment, but it’s very highly likely that it is at least 20% or more. Because those who were most adversely affected were so young, this is staggering in terms of potential man years lost . For ages below age 46, the number of Moderna shots/deaths to compute accurate ratios diminishes. Even if Pfizer was 100% safe, Moderna is too unsafe to be used. Remember: this is a ratio of ACM, not a ratio of excess mortality. Big difference. A 50% higher ACM is a train wreck. Vaccines are supposed to reduce ACM, not increase it by 50%. The highest MRR values were for those under 71. This suggests that the absolute mortality increases caused by the shots are likely relatively independent of age. This explains why we see less of an effect for older people because their absolute MR is very high so that the vaccine mortality is a smaller percentage of their overall all-cause mortality so there is less of a difference on a percentage basis. These differences cannot be explained by greater vaccine efficacy against death.
