The Cyprus Securities and Exchange Commission (CySEC) has issued a circular to the Cyprus investment firms setting some new rules regarding trading bonuses, maximum default leverage and fund withdrawal processing terms. In essence the new rules concern all forex and binary options brokers regulated by the CySEC. They have banned all trading bonuses, have set the maximum default leverage to 1:50 and they have introduced new rules about money withdrawals.
Hahaha! They are such a joke, the most laxed regulatory agency in the EU. Their level of supervision is 5th World, no wonder they attract a ton of Fx and Binary options companies...
Maybe alter your thread title... I thought they were going to fully ban bonus payouts for traders that make money. They plan to ban bonuses paid to brokers for getting new clients... not bonuses on trading. Big difference.
