A particular thing that’s certain in the crypto space is evolution. It’s an ever-evolving world which makes it very interesting. There are different scenarios i’ve seen, the first being Ethereum evolving from Proof-of-work to Proof-of-Stake then came along play-to-earn games. At first it was introduced by Axie Infinity few years ago before it was widely used by Telegram games last year. Funny enough, that era has also passed because currently i’ve been coming across yap-to-earn projects on my timeline. I didn’t bother giving much attention to it until i realized users getting rewarded for just discussing about these projects. I found out it was Kaito that brought this method as a launchpad. Apparently all projects launched on it have adopted this method, I even came across one, Memecore that also gave rewards to those that deposited to exchanges as it’s set to go live.
