plenty of sites and services can give signals on individual stocks on when they are hitting MACD crossover on 15, 30 or hourly charts. However, if i want to create a ratio of two stock ie (NFLX/AAPL) and track the moving average for this ratio, how simple would it be to access this information. Taking this one step further, if I wanted to track 100 pairs/ratios similar to this Real Time, how complex would it be to build a bot that tracks the moving averages and can give signals on a crossover

    Thank you in advance

    Stockcharts.com has ratio charts (w/MA’s).

@clacy - thanks for your response and the I use the charts there all the time and they are great and they are a good VISUAL aid. What I am looking to do is monitor over 100 types of these ratios real time (perhaps in excel) to know when MACD crossover opportunities exist or are about to exist, as opposed to having to enter each ratio into their charts

You can do it pretty easily on Tradingview.com. The site uses a language called pinescript that can be programmed to give trading signals.
