While that is a valid question, there aren't enough traders here at this website who use the software to give you a good answer, and your best bet would be to contact CQG directly with your issue(s), as a previous poster stated. It is quite likely that the bug only exists in the SIM version of the software, but you are going to need to do the legwork to find out on this one.
