Countrywide ordered to submit stock option details: report

  1. A court has ruled that Countrywide Financial Corp. must submit details of its stock option granting practices to a pension fund, the Los Angeles Times reported. The ruling by the Delaware Chancery Court was made in response to a suit by the Louisiana Municipal Police Employees' Retirement System, which claims that the lender doled out executive stock rights at "unusually suspicious and lucrative times," the paper reported.
