Does anyone know what is the CORRECT opening price for the day session on nasdaq stocks? Often a number of data sources (both free and paid for) will AGREE a certain price for a stock's open (daily data, nothing fancy). All fine and dandy, except the official open according to NASDAQ (eg link below) is completely different from ALL of these sources. But surely all these data vendors must ultimately get their info from nasdaq, so if the nasdaq price is wrong they should ALL be wrong???
