Cooperman expressed alarm about the lack of fiscal “discipline” in Washington among both political parties, pointing to how the national debt has spiked from $20 trillion in 2017 when Trump took office to more than $33 trillion today.

I have had mild arguments with one of my neighbors on the fact that during Trumpo time money was flowing out the doors and windows. Trump is also the guy who said we should go to negative interest rates like a few of the Euro countries. I am pretty sure I recall him tossing out the idea of a few billion more in covid bucks when he realized he wasn't doing to well in polling as the election neared.

All of them are bleeding the future away.
With Trump's tax cuts or Biden's military spending on scripted, contrived mini wars and social justice bribery.
Notice military spending always increases no matter who's in charge.

They only care about debt and deficits when a democrat is president.

And the only Presidents who have balanced the budget or reduced the debt are... Dems.

Nobody has added more to the debt than Trump -> Bush -> Reagan.
