    Good stuff. Unelected, unaccountable 3-letter agencies run amuck is a big problem...and has been for decades.

    Wow, this is a huge case and a benefit to many
    who were unjustly prosecuted and fined.

    FTC and the USDA are the biggest parasites in America.
    They sue hundreds of businesses every year by simply
    alledging false advertising, or claim companies have misled
    prospective customers or use deceptively marketed
    practices to entice clients with so-called false promises.
    They collect billions in settlement fees to keep their
    army of attorneys with a guaranteed income stream.

    Paywall. Not able to read. SEC is never there when it's needed the most and it's all over the place when it's sure to be able to get its guys. SEC was not there to bust Bernie Madoff. If his sons hadn't gone to the authorities, we might have never known what Madoff did. SEC didn't do squat against all the brokers that (to me illegally) restricted trading on the meme stocks. But when it's sure it can get its guys, it's there.

    Generally the SEC tends to do a good job, 2022;
    good wins\ slap against cryto\cr*p,
    against AT&T,
    against GE,
    against chicom Luck In Coffee[as if luck has anything to do with it\LOL]
    against Hood,
    against WFC \Chief.
    Speaking of thunder , wonder if they reduce ETF fees again NOV?? :D:D Most likely:caution::caution:
