Concede THIS!

    Trump should never concede.

Even if all the administration's current legal challenges run out of time due to politics, he should not concede. The more they pressure to concede, the more it appears they are desperate to grab the power. So long as there is the slightest doubt, he should not concede.

This is not the same as leaving. He may have to leave due to timetables. If Biden is able to grab the office, he will evermore be an *asterisk presidency. Then, in 2022, when Repubs take back the house, he may be impeached and replaced with the rightful winner, once enough time has passed for this election to be fully adjudicated.

Nor should Trump stop tweeting, even if the fraud is able to grab the seat.

1.You don't seem to know that Repubs taking back the house in 2020 wouldn't be enough to remove Biden.

2.Biden has beat Trump by more than 6 million votes, there is no *asterisk presidency.

In my opinion, Trump should also not leave until everyone is satisfied by an election. That is, even if another election is required to bring the necessary transparency, it is Trump's duty to stay. If ever there was a "national security" concern that was ever actually legitimate, this is it.

I propose he stay as long as it takes for legislators on both sides to agree on a national protocol for federal elections, and to implement the protocol with another election that everyone can trust.

  4. A losing President does not step down by choice, he does it by law and I would love nothing more than for Trump to say that despite the election results and the lost court cases at state and federal levels he is not leaving.

Then we will see a President-elect use the National Guard for more fun purposes than clearing out civilians to take a picture in front of a church.

    2. Not if 6 millions of those votes have been stolen, yes, 6 million.

    1. If Repubs have the House and Senate in 2022, it is enough.

Soros wants a Trump court win, beating an obvious fraud set up. Divide and conquer, Dems would sacrifice their own country for globalism.

Good luck with that Mr. former vice President!

Im quite sure there is a law that obligates Trump to stay.

  8. If Trump loses all his court challenges...Constitution kicks him out.....last time I checked... Constitution Trumps trump.

Trump will probably trump a mere court win with a legislative branch win, that being a Constitutional win.

Disagree, it will likely be the Constitution that keeps him in. Yes, it has timetables, but those are not more important than peaceful succession of power.
