Please comment on Global Futures Exchange & Trading Co., especially for trading ES. Also, what's your opinion on Global Zen Trader. Thanks.
My only comment is that is odd in this day of heavy regulation and transparency that the National Futures Association allows a firm to call itself "Global Futures Exchange" when it is an introducing broker. It is certainly brilliant by GFE as it makes them appear much more significant, like an exchange, than they really are, an IB.
Your initial post asked about ES which is futures not forex. Your article on benefits of an Introducing Broker is based on forex not futures so I fail to see your point.
I didn't want to make a point. I just posted a favourable quote about IBs, thinking that it may be extended to trading futures. My intention was to invite comments about Global Futures. My post was not meant to be a reply to yours, which commented only on the name of that company.
Thanks for the clarification. I think their platform (white label of OEC) is pretty good especially if you are trading ES.
