CNN Just Admits to Voter Fraud

CNN just said blue states/counties didnt get the number of absentee they were expecting so they stoppes counting votes. The states/counties knew how many outstanding absentee ballots there were and how many were sent in and they didn't get enough. So they stopped counting. Now they are looking for more blue votes from outstanding absentee ballots. Assuming this is because they now know that Trump is expected to win... This is what you call... FRAUD.

 

Who on CNN said that? How did CNN come to know of this fraud that even Fox News couldn't locate?
