CNBC and Bloomberg Analysts and Reporters....recent behavior

Discussion in 'Wall St. News' started by syswizard, Dec 23, 2020.

  1. The fist-pumping and chest-thumping behavior of these people has just been incredible recently. I feel like a complete dumbshit against these "know-it-alls". Everyone there is a hero !! Moreover, they make sure YOU KNOW THAT.
Is this be the classic case of "everyone is a genious in a bull market" ...or what ?
Could this be a contrary indicator ?

Not exactly, in my mind. Over the past few weeks (months?), Cramer seems to have become exhausted with the "Robinhood trade". You can hear it in his voice and see it in his mannerisms. The HODLers are just confounding all logic, and he's making it known.

No...Remember, CNBC just ran a market in turmoil segment on Monday. So that was the bullish sign in the short-term. Hehe

Yes sir. Was watching it. And watched how right after 11AM or so, the markets clawed back all it's losses. Tomorrow it will probably be a market-rally segment, if they even bother to broadcast on Christmas Eve. I don't recall, I usually don't watch the CNBC during holiday times. But I just lost a blood relative to illness, and am bored in my head, need to escape.

    It's nuts.

Yes, when the Dow was down 400 points by the opening bell. Was a 1,000 point swing in the futures during that trading day. Or close to it.

  9. I cannot watch Cramer the Perma Bull, he is manic all the time. Hard to understand him, how fast he talks.
Fast Money is very balanced and smart.

K, let me clarify my statement...

When I say "Markets in turmoil segment", I mean they had the graphics up with the "markets in turmoil" theme. I did not hear all that they were saying because I flip around to different channels in the morning.

But I do recall hearing one of the guest punduits saying, after the 10AM hour, that "he liked seeing the pullback, he thought it was healthy".

    Typical, hehe.
