The one with the most volume.
    Currently it’s June 25.

    Thanks.

Where can I check the volume ?

So I can trade futures with monthly expirity date just for intraday trading ?

MES ♾️ JUN continuous (Jun) cannot be traded.
Some people use this symbol to display the MES chart. And the chart will automatically roll over when it is time to roll over.

MES Jun 2025 contract is the most active contract.

In early Jun 2025, go checkup the volume of
    MES Sept 2025 contract.
When the volume of MES Sep 2025 exceeds MES Jun 2025,
then trade MES Sep 2025 contract.

    There is no monthly contract;
    no MES Jul 2025 contract
no MES Aug 2025 contract ...

For some other products, you will see monthly contract, bi-monthly contract
    and various other patterns/combinations.

    I believe it’s quarterly expiration.
You can check the volume per expiration here

Maybe the continuous would be just fine,
    I believe they roll automatically.

    Equity futures are quarterly.
    Commodities are mostly monthly.
    Crypto futures are monthly.
Futures options are weekly, monthly and quarterly.
    Did I miss anything?
