Chinese Memes on American Re-Industrialization

  1. No doubt you're all familiar by now with this mock video, brilliantly (I might say) produced by People's Republic of China department of propaganda and foreign relations:

While funny and sad at the same time (I like the look of boredom and despair on the face of the black guy sewing women bras), there is one thing that needs to be discussed: we can't turn back time.

Re-industrialization, re-pastoralization won't happen. The reason why initial industrialization and large scale agriculture happened at some point in time is that they represented a leap forward in standard of living. I'm looking back at communist Romania from the 80s with some 50% of the population occupied in agriculture and pretty much the rest in industry. Standard of living was shit but better than what came before, the interbellic years. Now it didn't even reach parity with US / Western EU but I can tell you: you'll have a hard time finding people willing to sweatshop in industry and even worse for nearly unpaid agricultural jobs.

So I dunno where this is going but it won't be easy.

  2. Not to say about the average post-industrial born imbecile who's unequivocally enthusiastic on graduating from getting probed to straight fucked in the ass: "So it's a natural progression. From agriculture (primary) to industrial (secondary) to services (tertiary). The AI revolution means services go the same way as industrial. Everybody goes to the 4th level."

I would take these people, line them up against a wall, shoot them, dig a mass grave, toss them in, throw quick lime in between and plant corn on top:
