You can't access either Chinese (Mainland) or Indian markets. You can access the Indian market however it is only for Indians outside of India. With China you can't access at all. I imagine there are ways around this however you wil have to find them.

Chinese market can use via the Hong Kong. I see American brokers often use India stock market, it mean foreigner may worked at the India. I think so ...

Indian markets only on offshore markets SGX Exchange with good liquidity on SGX NIFTY futures 40000 contracts in mid june will be possible to trade Bank Nifty futures and INR/USD futures with daily average 15000 contracts. DGCX Exchange is main offshore market for indian rupee INR/USD futures with average daily volume 40000 and USD/INR QUANTO futures with volume between 15000-30000 they started to offer this quanto last year 5 june. I am also interested to trade mainly INR futures (Quanto futures) but I dont have access to DGCX Exchange my broker is IB.

This "one can work on Chinese exchanges next on only USA exchanges" is not correct. If you are HK resident you are covered by IB-HK and you can trade everywhere in the World.
