I bowled for a living for 10-ish years back in the 70's. Not a great living, but was fun. The money is better now, but still not much... even for the top players. Should have played golf. The all-time PBA tourney winner is Walter Ray Williams... who also happens to have been something like 6-time world horse shoe pitching champion. Last time I saw a stat on his career winnings, I had made more money in one year in the markets* than he had made bowling in his entire career. Glad I switched jobs. *using proper TA, of course!
