Just a note, for anyone considering buying these to go with a 2460, they use different drivers. When you install the drivers for them they downgrade the 2460 drivers to an older version that doesn't work right. I'll mess with it more, but you may not be able to get both to work together correctly.

2260's use the same generation drivers as the 2450's.

2270's are the latest gen 2 monitor card, which use the same drivers as the 2460's (the latest generation 4 monitor card). I ordered a 2270 so we'll see how they work with the 2460's, but I'm assuming it should work fine with them, unlike the 2260's did. The 2270's use 512mb of ram, vs 256mb on the 2260's, so they are a little higher performance as well.

  2. Worthwhile info on these, but must chuckle... none of this crapola is a concern with NVS. One universal NVS driver fits all... and backwards compatible with prior models which are not out of date.

The 2260's are out of date, though. The driver is from 2012, vs 2013 on the 2270's.

  4. Read a review of a guy saying he was running 4x 30" monitors on 2, 2260s. Just get the right driver to go with the card.

Yeah, it'll do that no problem, but if you try to run it WITH a 2460 you might have an issue because they aren't the same driver package.
