I am listening to The Ultimate Day Trader series and find they’re quite useful. There are 3 parts: Has anyone heard of this guy named Lance Breitstein?
It's a pretty good podcast. I listen to it on Spotify once in a while when I have time. No YouTube here. As with everything else in this business, I'm sure there's quite a few of the guests that ain't profitable traders, including a few vendors shilling for their own services. That said, there's been some impressive guests on there, i.e., Market Wizards from the original Schwager books, Quallamaggie, etc. I don't know anything about Lance Breitstein, but I seemed to recall enjoying his interview. I see that on Twitter he titulates himself as an ex trader and now an 'advisor' for SMB Capital, so I imagine he may have gone down the educator path as so many before him.
Yes, he quit from the trading firm after a few big successful years with 8-figure trading profits. Not sure if he made enough money or he lost his edge.
My issue with these podcasts is most guests don't have a verifiable track record one can look up publicly so how do we know they are actually as good as they claim? Im a bit skeptical myself.
