People are waking up. Youtube will probably take this video down, while at the same time lying and saying they want unity.
Sky is blue Water is wet.... no one denies this is how politicians get elected... by making up a crisis they need to be elected to solve and never do
Charles is exactly right. Dividing America by race with frequent fabrications is one of the most heinous ways to get elected.
worked for the whites in the 1920 - 1970s.. in fact they invented it... scaring white voters with talk of integration of schools and higher crime rates if blacks moved next door to you and property values dropping etc... Remember George Wallace in 1970: he ran ads saying, "Unless whites vote on June 2, blacks will control the state" In American politics, the Southern strategy was a Republican Party electoral strategy to increase political support among white voters in the South by appealing to racism against African American
to the degree there really was a southern strategy which focused on race... that was just as wrong as the divide the nation poison we are seeing now.
What Barkley said is true for anything, he just used race as an example.. GOP and DEMS hae used issues to scare voters in picking them these past few years and replace with race with immigration, taxes, climate, regulations, China... Politicians win by making you afraid of something and claiming they are the party to fix it. it is all bullshit and the sheeple buy it. What Barkley said is nothing new and people acting like he made some amazing revelation. Those who feel that have just revealed themselves to be super ignorant on how politics works since the country was founded going back to Jefferson and Hamilton scaring the people to not vote for their adversary based on what changes it would do to the new government. That is why I said.... sky is blue.... water is wet... Barkley is not a Mensa candidate, it is just what politicians do on ALL issues.
And we are pointing out its not just politicians now. I have said this before. Literally in my textbooks in elementary school in the NYC school system (before I moved to Greewich Ct) my middle school our history books and lessons would talk about the Melting pot of America. I vividly remember one lesson and the images in my textbook because it was the first I became aware my history teacher had alcohol on her breath. The message was always big praise for the fact that peoples and cultures would come from all over the world and melt into the character and greatness of America. Now... we divide out the cultures and the races. Why the change? The answer is not a good one.
The only problem with this argument is that America IS divided by race. Whether it’s housing, schools, work you name it. Speaking about the obvious divisions is not race baiting. Charles Barkley is in a position where race doesn’t affect him like the average minority so he pretends that the division doesn’t exist anymore. If I had to psychoanalize Barkey I’d say He is in denial probably because he has feelings of guilt he doesn’t want to deal with.
