Koch Network to Push for Legal Status for Dreamers in 2019

The politically savvy donor network helmed by billionaire Charles Koch plans in 2019 to use its deep pockets to push for an overhaul of the nation’s immigration system, including permanent legal status for for young people who came to the country illegally, according to an email obtained by TIME and verified by a Koch spokesman.

  2. Why wouldn't they? Slave labor is great for the bottom line. Isn't anyone with any degree of honestly pretending that the Republican establishment has clean hands in this. They want the cheap labor and the dems want the votes. I keep telling ya, ain't no difference between the parties when it comes to serving their own best interests while hosing the average American. Only the fools and the bias are surprised by this.

We keep telling lefties... that in the old days the democrats supported labor against the industrialists. Now the lefties are supporting the industrialists.... you tech companies and banks.

Its so sad that the drones here are not self aware.

I agree about drones who are not self aware.

Have you see the bank stock performance under trump? It trounced the market because he was going to abolish Dodd frank and he did cut a lot of consumer protections.

The Koch brothers are merely pushing their cheap labor agenda.... something they have done for years.

Yeah, bank stock performance had nothing to do with low rates.

Rates have been low for a long time. The performance hockey sticked after the election (it was one of the best performing sectors).

And rate levels are not the issue, upward sloping yield curves are good for banks.

The whole stock market hockey sticked. Everything. Right now, XLF is worse than SPY performance since the election.
