Can you short NYX and ENER ?

My broker is IB and I seems like every time I want to short something, It is not possible with IB.

Can you short NYX and ENER ?

Please specify your broker if you can or cannot short those two stocks.

I can usually get NYX, today was the first day i couldn't. ENER depends, it's off and on.

Right now, I can short ENER up to 50,000 shares, but there are no shares available to short NYX. Whever NYX is way up or down, it is hard to find shortable shares. I use Cybertrader.
