Can you post a track record from a personal account on Interactive Brokers’ Hedge Fund Marketplace?

  1. Interactive Brokers’ Hedge Fund Marketplace is provided free of charge to all Hedge Funds who use IB as their principal Prime Broker, have at least $3 million in assets under management and an audited track record of at least one year or have done its trading at IB for the last year.

Let’s say you have a 7-year track record managing assets in an Interactive Brokers personal account. You set up a hedge fund with USD 3 million in assets and use IB’s Hedge Fund Marketplace to market the fund. Can you post the track record from your personal account to market the fund if it is stated clearly that the track record is from a personal account?

    Thank you.

(I will ask IB - I just wanted to ask beforehand if anyone had any experience.)
