Can you buy SCR Sibelco stock?

    I am interested in buying stock in this Belgium company SCR Sibelco It is a very illiquid name in Euronext

    I cannot find it on IBKR.

    But watch out! In the US one pays $15 per trade (additionally to other fees etc) when trading foreign stocks.... I think ADR stocks...
