I think it's a Packard. It's not a Chrysler, Chevrolet, or Ford... obviously it's a 1950's build... so I'm pretty sure it's a Packard. Search Google for that.
It looks like the same car, but the wheels are different, and the Cuba car doesn't have that nameplate on the side. Zooming in on the NC car though, that tag starts with an H just like the Cuban car's does. It might be the same vehicle.
