BZF Today

Why this ETF is set to plunge today?

I'm wondering if the BZF distribution will be subject to withholding tax of 30% cuz in my case its to a foreign entity. In theory it shouldn't since its capital gain distribution not a dividend and they are tax free but I've seen some BS on this before

 

I got paid yesterday without the taxes
