Is your question specifically targeted at Interactive Brokers? You've placed this question in the IB section of the forum. IB does not provide TradeStation.
You were referring to the "free version of tradestation". There is no paid version of IB's TWS, which is why I thought you referred to something else, not related to IB. IB does not charge you a monthly fee for trading options. However, it could be that you need to pay for market data in order to get prices of the options of your interest.
