Buying futures with IB and Nikkei Questions

I can't seem to get quotes and trade the BRE (brazilian real futures) and other futures using IB, and was wondering if I'm making something wrong. Futures are enabled for my account, and I get quotes for some of them (e.g. ym or es), but I just can't trade some of them

Also, I was thinking if it was possible to borrow yens and buy nikkei futures denominated in yens (borrowing money at 1.5% and investing in a stock market index seems a good idea to me), and I recall there being a future contract for this exact purpose: anybody tried this? Thanks

 

Have you enabled the futures that you wish to trade? They are not all on the same exchange.

 

they're traded on CBOT or CME and it is my understanding they are included in the basic US Futures package!
