Brokers providing covered combo order entry for ES

I have been using Interactive Brokers for trading ES futures and options for a while now. I was disappointed to recently learn that IB does not have ability to route covered combo (future and option combo) orders on ES to CME. When I asked IB support guys if IB has any plans to support covered combo orders, I was told that they do not.

Anyone have a broker recommendation for trading ES futures and options, and one that allows covered combo orders? Any broker that have similar fees, and similar margin requirements on short options would be helpful.
