Simple solution. Scrap income tax entirely and go with a consumption tax. You should get taxed on what you buy, not what you earn. BUT no tax on luxury cars!!!!
Ok place a consumption tax on donations made to politicians, it's a purchase of services. Tax politicians for receiving donations as income for service's rendered. Lower taxes on the general public, which hasn't been truly represented since the JFK assassination.
That's what the wealthy all want. I tell you what... 100% ok on consumption tax provided that you're taxed based on your income.
Sure and raise taxable income to start over 100k. Also some things will be exempt from the consumption tax like food and other essentials etc. Income tax is clumsy and expensive. It takes up so much time every year for everybody. There are better ways to do it. My bank is streamlined down to not even accept any transactions at the teller anymore. Government needs to streamline to.
you kidding me, look at td bank, they are everywhere and have more local locations than citibank. any banks that don't have a branch i'd flee with all my deposits.
