That is just for those notes still printed on paper. All new ones are printed on polymer composites...I guess everyone in the old kingdom has much bigger things to worry about right now than paper notes. All those medical treatment of Brits in Europe that the UK is apparently incapable of taking care of itself has just become 30-40% more expensive. Nobody knows what the Conservatives are up to with this totally insane budget.
