I came across a couple of videos that I found interesting. I like the way he does the split squats, both weighted and unweighted.
I have watched many of his videos. I like his humor. He will show a hundred different variations to work a muscle and is big on the mind/muscle connection. I guess all the different variations are a positive in finding which one gives you the best connection.
Exactly. I don’t need as much variety as he’s presenting, but I will make a couple of adjustments based on what I’ve seen.
He gets knocked alot by the haters on YouTube fitness channels, but he's not advocating for people to do every single variation. Just showing options. And he's got sick humor which is a plus.
Anyone with a decent amount of subscribers will attract haters; he is no exception. I like his channel and the way he presents stuff.
