I guess that means they should've gotten full pay, as well the responisibility and seniority of a managerial position while doing half the work? To tell you the truth, I don't have anything against it, as I think Corporate America is a big fucking rat race anyway, with everyone scrapping, hustling, lying and struggling to get just a little piece of the pie, but it must be a real bitch to deal with PC bullshit like this in today's age.
