Bitstamp no withdrawel

Anyone use Bitstamp exchange? I sent my bitcoin to the exchange ahead of the now cancelled fork but cannot withdraw my coins. Have sent a ticket. Anyone know what is up with this exchange? thx

Thanks I have contacted a bitstamp employee.

 

I use them for 4 years already. Never had a problem and their trading interface is really fast (Kraken on the other hand is extremely slow or not working at all).
