Has anyone found any genuine companies in the Binary Options? All the emails and links seems to be making claims of earning hundred of thousands in the first month - claims I would never believe knowing enough about the market from Forex trading. Or are all of them total fakes and scams? I will admit, Star Wars Bot was quite entertaining and certainly a different approach on their sales - I wonder what George Lucas and Disney would make of it!!!
What do you mean by companies? Like a signal service or an exchange? The CBOE owns Nadex and they are HIGHLY regulated as an exchange and legit. Are you referring to education companies?
For example The Brit Method, 2016App - I guess more the companies claiming their apps are promising the high returns.
What the? No, no... Nadex is owned by IG Group out of the UK, a market maker and spread betting company (who has been caught doing shady stuff in the past.) The CBOE doesn't own them.
NADEX is headquartered in the US and regulated by the CFTC. I thought they had some relationship with the CBOE, my mistake. I know there is some market making relationship but perhaps not a direct ownership. From their website: "Nadex is based in the US, is subject to regulatory oversight by the CFTC pursuant to its registration as a Designated Contract Market (DCM), commonly known as an “Exchange”, and Derivatives Clearing Organization (DCO) or “Clearinghouse”. As a registered Exchange and Clearinghouse, Nadex is subject to the CFTC regulations applicable to its operations. A few of these important regulatory principles include: Serving the function of matching buyers and sellers of a contract in an unbiased manner (unlike the online platforms, Nadex does not profit from gains or losses on a trade, rather it simply receives a fully disclosed exchange fee) Providing a transparent environment for the settlement of accounts, including time and sales data Keeping member funds in segregated bank accounts in the United States These regulatory principles are meant to safeguard traders and their funds and are a key component to Nadex operations. If you are a US resident trading binary options with an offshore broker, perhaps you should ask your broker whether they comply with these principles."
Regarding this question, I'm not sure I understand what you are asking. Are you asking if there is an app that gives you trade signals? Can I ask why you would want this? Binary options move VERY fast. How on earth could an app possibly give trade signals? I don't even know how that would work and by what method would the signal be derived? Without understanding your question I would broadly suggest never using any signal service of any kind. Roll up your sleeves and do the work yourself. Download excel and grab an option pricing app off the web. You need to be able to do two things : form a bias for the underlying market and correctly price the given option or options available to implement that bias.
On paper and promo vids, Nadex binary options (let's not even talk about non-CFTC entities) sound like a good trading vehicle. But in practice, the spreads are too large, forcing you to have higher win rates. Bleh. IMO, the game is rigged too much towards the market makers. I think one has a far better chance of making money on vanilla weekly options if the game is to pay as little premium as possible near or at the money and get enough movement from the underlying to make it viable at the 50/50 level. [Stock futures sounded cool on paper too. In reality...sh%t spreads]
I've tried to sites so far, William Hill ( Gambling 100% ) and this other demo only tried to make out profit $86 say for risking $50, but they'd taken the $50 off already so risk $50 make $36, need 66% win rate just to BE!! NO CHANCE!! Don't waste your time on them at all IMHO!!
You are confusing trading signals software with actual brokerage firms. All those emails you receive are actually spam, and they are just trying to get you open an account with another offshore unlicensed broker. Only 10% of binary option brokers have a license, mostly from CySEC in Cyprus. You see in detail how to scam works here: http://scambroker.com/binary-options-trading-scam/
So it, generates signals which you trade off and those signals make money ?? You realise, all binary options are gambling sites, they rely on you losing for them to profit, so that doesn't make a lot of sense.
