We all get to hopefully live through a major pandemic.

On the plus side we'd of all had it and recovered or not from it by the end of this year, pretty much, so rough 2020 for sure.

    Who exactly gets this money?

Can I be a Corona Virus Relief Guy, and get a billion or two?

You have to be the "I just happen to live in the same small town in Montana that the Interior Secretary is also from and have this 2 person firm that was chosen for a $300M emergency relief contract...." Guy. Oh, sorry, that was Whitefish and Puerto Rico. I'm sure it will be completely different this time. Drain the swamp!

Why are we spending $8B on something that is about as deadly and contagious as the flu? GILD or JNJ will have a vaccine within a year anyway without the $8B in funding needed.

You saying its an election year ??LOL. P R has an unusual amount of risk; electric system, hurricanes, earthquakes, debt levels, corruption. But PR has some nice palm trees- those that are still standing...………………………………………………………………………………………………………..
