Anyone who thinks someone could mistakenly wear pants backwards probably is not that smart. It is not like wearing a t-shirt inside out which could be worn by accident. But wearing pants backwards is unlikely that it would go unnoticed. Do you know how difficult it is to pull up the zip at your butt?
