The Buy American Act ("BAA", originally 41 U.S.C. §§ 10a10d, now 41 U.S.C. §§ 83018305) passed in 1933 by Congress and signed by President Hoover on his last full day in office (March 3, 1933),[1] required the United States government to prefer U.S.-made products in its purchases. Other pieces of federal legislation extend similar requirements to third-party purchases that utilize federal funds, such as highway and transit programs.

Trump and his campaign products are made in China and other countries, so how is it 'plagiating' anything.

The America First Committee (AFC) was the foremost United Statesnon-interventionistpressure group against American entry into World War II.[1][2] Launched on September 4, 1940, the committee principally supported isolationism for its own sake, but many communists made use of the AFC as well as antisemitic and pro-fascist speakers who became its leaders.[3][4][5] Membership peaked at 800,000 paying members in 450 chapters, making the AFC one of the largest antiwar organizations in the history of the United States.[6][7] The committee was dissolved on December 10, 1941, three days after the attack on Pearl Harbor brought the United States into the war.
