A.) People in charge of said air-strikes who know "Luhan" does not exist, would ask him to clarify..."Do you mean "Wuhan", sir"? B.) If people knew "Luhan" did not exist, but also did not know "Wuhan" existed, they would tell him..."Sir, Luhan does not exist. Where do you mean?" Yer really reaching here FT.
