Bid/Ask not updating in Order Entry

My Bid/Ask quotes are not updating automatically in the OE window in TWS. Anyone else notice this. Happened Wednesday well (didn't trade yesterday so not sure if it happened then too), ended up closing it down.
Notice if I wave my cursor over it, it does update , otherwise not.
Now the problem's back. Very frustrating, as I'm reluctant to trade, no idea what fill I would get.

 

What TWS version do you use? Others have observed similar issues.

 

I'm on 10.11.2f. I'm talking to Support right now.

He's told me to update to latest version: 10.12.2e

 

Yes, others (including myself) have seen this with version 10.12 as well. I went back to version 9.81 and don't have this problem any more.

 

That's interesting. I've always found 981 the most stable. But I kept getting messgaes on login saying to update, as 981 would no longer be supported or something, so I did.

Anyway, I've updated to the latest and it's ok ( for now, lol).

 

Its the reason I stopped using "latest" and reverted back to "stable". Currently on TWS 981.3g.

Everybody received those messages. IB should have mentioned that they also updated the "stable" version, not only the "latest" version, to take care of the Log4Shell vulnerability.

 

I've downgraded to v981 after it happened again on Friday.
Guess what?! It's happened yet again. Can't believe how poor this software is.
