Bid > Ask, and still not filled... Why?

How is it possible that in a long trade a Bid >= Ask doesn't get filled?
(or: in a short trade where Ask <= Bid)
See the Put strike 25 below.
Is this maybe special to the (inefficient/manual?) NYSE system?
Or does it have a different meaning?

You should know from your previous thread that Yahoo and Google option quotes may not be accurate, especially for low volume options - check your brokers quotes for final analysis.

OptionGuru, thx, the google data is handy for my scanner, ie. from IB I couldn't get that much data
as I need do download in such a list form for further processing...
Another reason is: I don't like to start the huge & slow TWS app... :)
