I'm looking for the best prop trading in-house training program, any idea? I'm from Switzerland but I'm looking for a prop firm in the US or UK. Thank you in advance. Chris
I've never worked for a prop firm with training. If you want help here, you need to be more specific. Real prop or JBO prop? Equities, futures or options? 1245
When I say real prop, I'm referring to a firm that backs traders as employees, with firm capital. I guess I should have said traditional prop. Sounds like you are looking for more like the version where you put up 1st loss capital and they make their money charging you for training and though you commission volume.
I'm just looking for a training program where the firm considers you as if you were one of her employee and where experienced trader show you there trading style and in exchange you pay a determined amount of money (training fees). Chris
If the firm consider you as their employee, why should you pay them a "training fee"? These type of firm is actually an education firm that selling their training course or BS system. They are using marketing ploy by rebranded themselves as "firm that hire trader", and plan to suck you to dry and die through their "training fee'", "desk fee", "data fee", exchange rebate to them, 'access fee to their system" and etc. To me, they are worse than a plain snake oil salesman trading educator/ mentor that you find in internet.
