I changed the type of PC Mouse I use in August of 2020 and have never looked back and never had a problem again with my mouse wrist, elbow, or arm. Very relaxing arm position when you use this mouse. Only takes a day or so to get use to... But you NO LONGER PRONATE your wrist and arm... etc. So nice to use. Very Inexpensive... Vertical Mouse... Give it a try for 20 to 25 days and return it for free if you no like... But, if you spend the day with a lot of hours with your hand connected to your mouse this is one of the best ones I have found. Link to Mouse... I have no connection with this seller... not an affiliate link...
while you may not be affiliated to the vendor you have no data to substantiate the claim of best and no comparative information to share that authenticates the claim of best.
1. Read again... I am not claiming this mouse to be the best... "just one of the best" that I and others have searched for, found, tried and used and really liked... Your reading comprehension needs to be really improved. 2. Incorrect 1. I am sharing that I have used it for 4.5+ years... and I am only recommending others try it out and If they do not like it return it for free and get a full refund (as long as it is less than 30 days from reception of this Mouse (or any product) from Amazon. 3. Incorrect 2. There are good upvotes and high ratings (total of 8K++ ratings from 5-1 votes) on Amazon's product page for this product also to read and consider. With extensive descriptions of most other PURCHASERS comfort and likeability with the product and descriptions of others opinions that were not as favorable. 4. Why would anyone take time out of their precious life to post such a comment that is not accurate nor necessary nor helpful... for other humans to consider their options and act accordingly.
Those gadgets should help. I do stretching exercise (pull, twist, bend) on my hands and arms. It helps too.
If you don't use a professional grade mouse, then of course you will have problems. My choice is a Logitech Pro Lightspeed 2. MSRP $180. I got 4 of them for different workstations. They do go on sale for sub $90 often. Superior laser tracking, weeks of battery life, and super smooth. IMHO, the reason a lot of people have problems is the mouse is a POS and they hold a lot of tension in their arm-shoulder-wrist-hand to compensate for the accuracy and ease of positioning. I've been using a mouse since Smalltalk80 on a PC and a Macintosh box. I check in every 3 years to evaluate the latest technological advances.
This Logitech LIFT is the best out of all vertical ones which I have used over the past 15 years. 1 AA battery lasts 6 months. Logitech LIFT is for those with small / medium hands.
I use to have 2 of these Anker ones during Covid time (one at work and the other for home). They are good for those who are just starting with vertical mouse.
