Hi. In your viewpoint, who is/are the greatest future trader(s) [don't say you or someone unknown!] in the world (please give the full name)? Why do you feel they are the greatest? How successful they are? What have you learnt from them? Thank you.
One of the greatest, IMHO, is Buzzy Schwartz. He made a ton of money off his own dime. Most of the "greatest" made most of their money from fees.
Why do you feel he, Martin "Buzzy" Schwartz, is (at least one of) the greatest? You know, there're still many futures traders who are known and successful. What make you feel he stands in front of other successful traders? Unfortunately, it seems he wrote only 1 book only: Pit Bull : Lessons from Wall Street's Champion Day Trader Yes, sad but true. They can't trade so they sell "trade".
I think Chick Goslin is great. He's not in the super leagues by any means but he's consistent and seems to have a lot of integrity in his method. Or maybe it's just because I always seem to be agreeing with him.
I have spoken with Chick (Goslin) a few times over the last couple of years. He is a real gentleman. Very Knowledgeable, and very generous with his experience and wisdom. I real winner. There is a lot of value there for anyone wanting to learn this business. His book "Trading Day by Day" is excellent. Best Regards, Steve
Hrmmm... well... he was profitable due to other reasons.... Shatkin , Arbor , Karlov & Co ring a bell....
