A billion dollar real estate commission! That must be a record.

 

Wow what a rip off. Deals like this should have a fixed (much smaller) fee, not 5% commission.

 

This is not necessarily a bad deal. There are only a handful of Commercial Real Estate Firms that can handle a portfolio of this size (CBRE is one of the best), and more importantly have a Rolodex of capable buyers.

 

Before I opened the reference I decided it had to be our beloved California senator.
