I agree, dest should be treated like anyone else, if not better because of his contribution. Let him block them idiots. Anyone can abuse this function by logging in and out, as it appears this was the reason for the punishment. Grant a user the same rights, or ban them completely!
Block or no block, you can still view the forum content. So simply don't view the forum content. Or don't use the handphone / computer at all.

it reminds me of the married with children where the bundy's and the darcy's are competing for the free groceries. the darcys steal a shopping cart from a homeless guy and get caught because the grocery store carts all wobble.
And your comment reminds me of the Far Side comic panel where it says something like "And Matilda had finally had enough of getting the shopping cart with the bad wheel", and shows a woman on the edge of a cliff with a shopping cart plummeting to it's demise over the side. But I digress that when I made my post above, the only other peeps that had posted (and who could have dest blocked) were maxinger and cesfx, so you and I, Mr. Rush man, are in esteemed company.
