    Get yourself a new quad core server, this site is crashing on a daily basis.

    wow, your efforts are appreciated. Is it the sever load that is peaking when the market is busy that makes the site unavailable?

    No. It's the database software that can't handle so many concurrent connections at once.

    This board has what, 90k members? We have hosted forums with twice that on a single multi-proc server averaging 5-10% of the user population logged in at any given time. You need someone to look at your DB config if you're sure that is the problem.
