They even have an option "I didn't know I was in a membership" When canceling the membership. Tells a lot ! You literally have to click 4 times, "No, Continue cancelation." They're so Desperate Went on Audible.fr they said I had no subscription ... WTF you've just charged me 7.5$ ! Had to go on Audible.com to unsubscribe. Although I registered once. I have never used the product. No email about my membership, Stuff like "Hey ! We're going to charge you this month" No receipt. No nothing. Totally silent about them crediting my card. Credit is accounting term meaning money out. Vs Debit (Money in) Sorry had to complain.
Yeah, it sucks when you get silently charged for subscriptions you didn't even know you had. But personally, I don't know what I would do without Audible. I love listening to audiobooks when I'm driving.
Howard Stern has descended to be a master of douchery. You actually pay for Sirius XM? Let me guess, you watch Network Television to.
If this site has a search button, I don't see it, but I stumbled on it awhile back. For example here are all of Grisham's https://fulllengthaudiobook.com/series/john-grisham/ I think they have every book on there. Let me know if you see a search button anywhere. A lot of people will be if Sirius/XM read my post from last Tuesday about hiring Tucker Carlson to save the stock which recently crashed 45%. Or Spotify, which recently enjoyed a $1.2B increase in market-cap but appears to have given it back... but they have the money to match a Stern-like $100M/yr contract. Announce that and their jump in market-cap would cover it, especially if they have a shelf registration in place and dump some shares into the frenzy.
A little tip to search without an actual button Go on google and query for site:abc.com “keyword” Tried with Reminiscences or Market wizards but they don’t have. They have Harry Potter though. site:fulllengthaudiobook.com "harry potter"
Anybody that enjoys audible should look into the third party audile apps that let you download your books to your computer so YOU have them permanently available for listening. I use open audile for this.
This could be a piss-off. Usually, if you email the membership team, they would refund you, hopefully. If you are not a frequent user or just listening to some specific books, then i would recommend going and searching on https://cdaudiobook.com/ the website offers free listening to free audiobooks, and also has a request form page, from where you can request something if its not already there.
